Return Window

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or configured solar systems
• Installed industrial equipment
• Products with broken seals or signs of use

How to Return

1. Log in to My Account
2. Go to My Orders and select the order
3. Click "Request Return" and fill in the reason
4. Our team will approve and arrange pickup within 2–3 business days

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Amount is credited to your original payment method or bank account for COD orders.
